KERALA MATHI FRY



INGREDIENTS:

Mathi/ Sardine : 4 nos
Ginger and Garlic paste: 1/2 tbsp each
Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Salt required
Lemon juice : 3 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Salt
Oil

METHOD :

Clean and dry the fish well..make some slits on both sides.
Marinate the fish pieces [inside and outside] after mixing all the ingredients except oil.(Its good to       rest it for atleast 10 mins)
In a pan add some oil and fry the fish until its cooked and crispy.
Ready to eat with some rice..
