GRILLED SALMON



INGREDIENTS

Salmon fish - 2 fillets
For marination :
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce    - 2-3 tbsp
Lemon juice of one lemon
Olive oil       - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste

PREPARATION

Combine the marination ingredients and apply to fish.
Refrigerate for 9 hrs.
Preheat the oven at 500 f.
Place the fish in the topmost rack of the oven and turn to broil option.
The fish will be cooked in 7-8 mins.
Serve it hot with rice or salads..
