OVEN BAKED SAMOSA



Home-made samosas



This samosa is fully free from oil and healthy homemade snack for your loved ones.

Ingredients


Chappathi dough

For masala filling
Ginger - 1 Tbsp
Garlic   -1/2 Tb sp
Chopped onion  - 1-2
Green chilly - 3-4
Cooked Veggies - potato,carrot,beans,peas,spinach (even u can include minced meats)
Chilly powder  -2 Tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Curry leaves/cilantro
Egg  - 1

Preparation


Heat oil in a pan,saute ginger,garlic,onion and green chillies.
As the raw smell leaves,add chilly powder and garam masala along with cooked veggies.
Add salt and mash everything together.Also add curry leaves.
Now the filling is ready.

Roll the chappathi balls to round shape.Cut it into semi circle.
Apply water to the edges and join them like a cone shaped bag.
Now fill the masala inside and seal the opening using water.
Brush up egg on the samosa.
Bake it 15-20 mins @400F in the oven.
