PATHIRI
Ingredients
Roasted rice flour - 2 cups
Water - 2 cups
Coconut powder -2 TBsp
Salt
Prepartion
Boil the water and add coconut powder and salt.(I used maggy coconut powder)
Add the rice powder and mix well in low fire, and turnoff the heat once it is done.
Keep aside,let it cool. Knead it well when it is warm. Make balls of lemon size.
Roll it into a round shape with equal thickness.You can cut it with a round plate so that it gives a perfect shape.
In a pan with medium heat cook the pathiri.
Serves best with any non veg sides.
