Shop for nutrient-rich foods from the supermarket. Help children choose one or two of their favorite snacks to pack for snack time or eat after school.Choose food items loved by other members of your family.Have a great shopping time with your family..
COOK TOGETHER
You can ask the elders in your home for special recipes and make them happy with their dear recipes..It’s not only about cooking together, it’s about eating together. Sitting down together for dinner with your family at least 3 times a week is so important- and while its great to do this at your kitchen table, its also fun to get out! I can honestly say that some of my greatest memories are just sitting around the dinner table with my family- good conversation, laughter and great food is my idea of a perfect night.
