PARIPPUVADA



         Homemade Parippu Vada tastes better any time!!!! Dont u think? For a first timer, maybe the vadas will look funny (that is if you are not careful with the water content or if you've not drained the grams properly) but still it can beat the tea shop Vadas hands down.

Ingredients


Uzhunnuparippu -1/2 cup
Kadalaparippu - 1/2 cup
Thuvaraparippu - 1/2 cupSalt - As reqdCurry leaves - A fewOnion(big) - 1 no (cut into small pieces)Green chillies - 2 nos (cut into small pieces)Ginger - 1" piece (cut into small pieces)Chilly powder - 1/2 tspTurmeric powder - A pinchOil for frying



Preparation Method :

1) Soak all the dals in water for atleast 2 hrs.
2) Grind these together to make a thick paste. Do not add water while grinding.
3) Add onions, curry leaves, green chilly, ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt    and  mix well.
4) Wet your hands and make balls off the paste and make patties.

5) Deep fry in oil till golden brown in colour.
