KERALA PRAWNS FRY


INGREDIENTS

Prawn 1 Lb
Chilli powder ¾ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Lemon juice -1-2 Tbsp
Ginger paste ½ tsp
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut oil 1 tsp
Curry leaves

PREPARATION

Clean the prawns.
Mix the spice ingredients,ginger garlic paste and salt with lemon juice.
Marinate the mix on the prawns for 15 mins.
Fry the prawns in coconut oil until they are cooked.
Also fry some curry leaves and garnish above the fried prawns.
Serve them with rice.
