Cream of spinach soup
Here is a quick healthy soup.
Ingredients
Minced onions - 1 nos
Butter -3 TB spoon
Fresh spinach leaves and tender stems, washed and chopped into thin slices- 2 cups
Milk - 2 glass
Salt and pepper - as per taste
All-purpose flour - 2 TB spoon
Salt and pepper - as per taste
All-purpose flour - 2 TB spoon
METHOD
Cook onions and spinach with salt in water and grind it to a paste.
Add butter to a pan and combine all purpose flour.mix it well into a white sauce.
Add milk little by little mixing it well with the white sauce.(you can decide the consistency)
Add the spinach onion paste.
Add salt and pepper for taste.Serve it hot.
