CHINESE CHILLI EGG

INGREDIENTS

Egg        -  5 nos
Onions   - 3 thinly sliced
Garlic chopped - 1 Tbsp
Pepper powder  - 2 Tbsp
Soya sauce        - 2 Tbsp
Fried egg strips
Tomato sauce    - 2 Tbsp

Batter Ingredients
   Cornflour  - 1 Tbsp
   White flour - 3 Tbsp
   Soya sauce   - 1/4 tspn
   Ginger paste  - 1/2 tsp
   Garlic paste   - 1/2 tsp
    Salt

PREPARATION

Beat the eggs and make 3 or 4 omlettes by adding salt and pepper.
Slice them into strips of about one inch width.
Mix the batter ingredients with water.
In a deep pan heat oil and add the egg strips coated in batter.Fry them until crispy.
Transfer to a tissue paper to remove extra oil.
In a pan add some oil and add garlic,ginger and onions.
When onions turns pink add the crispy egg strips,also add soya sauce,tomato sauce and pepper powder.
Combine all ingredients well.
Check salt and add if necessary.
Close with lid and cook for 2 mins. Garnish with spring onion.
