EASY VEGGY FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
Mixed veggies - 2 cups (carrots,beans,corn,edamame seeds)
Rice,cooked and strained -4 cups
Soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
Hot sauce - 1 Tbsp (optional)
Garlic powder -1 tsp
Egg -1
Cooking oil -2 Tbsp
PREPARATION
Add cooking oil to a hot skillet and add the veggies and give a nice toast.
Pour few spoons of water and close the skillet with a lid for few mins.
Once the veggies are done,add the cooked rice and fold it with the vegetables.
Now add soya sauce and hot sauce.Also sprinkle garlic powder.
Clear some area in the skillet and crack the egg and give it a nice mix with the rice.
Keep it on fire for 1 min..and now the tasty fried rice is ready to serve.
