AVAL NANACHATHU..A SNACK WITH RICE FLAKES...




This is a super easy 4'o clock snack...Memories...memories...' '... I know this was everyones snack in their childhood..Just sharing d way i make...


INGREDIENTS

Aval / rice flakes : 3 cups
Grated coconut : 1 cup
Grated jaggery: 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder : 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 10-15 splitted
Ghee : 2- 3 tsp
Hot Water as required

Method:

Mix aval/rice falkes with jaggery
Now add grated coconut and mix it again
Add cardamom powder,ghee, cashews and hot water.
Mix it well with your hand until all the ingredients have blended well
Keep aside for 10 minutes and serve it with hot tea and banana
