CHERUPAYAR SWEET SNACK
This is a very healthy snack and very simple....Just 3 steps.....!
Coconut grated - Half cup
Salt - as required
Sugar - 1-2 tb sp
Pappad -5 nos
2. Add grated coconut into the cooked greengram mix & combine well.
3. Sprinkle sugar on the mix and ready to eat with crunchy pappad.
Note:
Diabetic people can avoid sugar,,,,still its yummy...
Ingredients
Cherupayar/ Green grams - 1 cup (soaked for 3-4 hrs)Coconut grated - Half cup
Salt - as required
Sugar - 1-2 tb sp
Pappad -5 nos
Preparation
1. Cook cherupayar with 2 cups of water and pinch of salt till water is completely drained off.(Do not overcook it)2. Add grated coconut into the cooked greengram mix & combine well.
3. Sprinkle sugar on the mix and ready to eat with crunchy pappad.
