CHICKEN TERIYAKI







I mixed the simple marinated together and let the chicken breasts marinate overnight. Then grilled them off in my brand-new grill pan, which was worth waiting for.This is a straightforward recipe with a simple marinade, which is perhaps how farm folks eat in Japan... :) If u dont have W.sauce u can avoid it,coz once i made without it..and still it was great..!!


INGREDIENTS

Chicken breasts  - 1lb
Marinade
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder/ fresh garlic chopped
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Vegetable oil - 2 TBsp

METHOD

In a bowl mix all the ingredients of marinade.
Marinate the chicken with the above mix and keep it atleast for 2 hours.
Take a pan/skillet and heat it,add oil and place the chicken breast on it
Turn the side when chicken is done..
Add the marinade into the pan and let it sit for few min so that they get thick and well coat in chicken..
Serve it hot with rice and boiled veggies.
