PULLED PORK BURGER
I got this recipe from the pork package...And i gave a try...It was delicious and simple..
Ingredients
For the paste:1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
4 tablespoon honey
3 cups BBQ sauce
salt
For the pork:
2 1/2 pound pork shoulder
1 medium yellow onion, peeled and cut into large chunks
Medium size ginger sliced

6 garlic cloves
On the burger :
Caramelized onions
Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients

For the pork:
Place the onion in the slow cooker and then the pork shoulder.Then pour the paste on it.Cook it for 5 hours.
Once its done transfer the meat to a bowl, and shred with two forks.
You can caramelize some onions and spread it on burgers along with pulled pork and serve with cheese.
