YOGURT NUTTY CAKE
INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs (Seperate the whites n yolks)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Dry fruits (i used cashew nuts,dried cherries)
METHOD
Take a mixing bowl add the egg yolks, sugar, use a hand blender mix it well then add ghee little by little add vanilla extract, cardamom powder, yogurt, dry fruits mix it well.
Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, mix it well and keep it aside.
Take another bowl add egg whites and whisk it well and add pinch of salt again whisk it.
METHOD

Take another bowl add egg whites and whisk it well and add pinch of salt again whisk it.
Take yogurt mixture in this add all purpose and soda mixture and mix it well, then add the half of the egg whites and mix it, again we add remaining portion of the egg whites and mix it well.
Pour the mixture into the mould and bake it @ 350F for 45 to 50 minutes.
Then cut the cake into pieces then serve as snack.
