GARLIC STIR MUSHROOM
INGREDIENTS
Mushroom - 1 lb
Garlic -5 cloves
Sherry or any red wine -1/4 cup

Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Chilly flakes - 1 tbsp
Parsley chopped

PREPARATION
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add butter and swirl to coat. Add the mushroom and garlic, and cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium. Add the sherry, lemon juice and chilli. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft.
Stir in the parsley.
