PALAK PARATHA
INGREDIENTS
1.Wheat flour - 3 cup
2.Palak greens - 3/4 cup chopped
3.Garam masala powder - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
4.Onions chopped to small - 1
5.Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
6.Green chillies - 4 chopped
7.Salt - to taste
METHOD
Stuffing
In a bowl mix ingredients 2- 7 well with hands.
Paratha
Knead the wheat flour with warm water and salt into a chapathi dough and then divide into 6-7 balls.
Lightly flour your rolling surface and roll out the balls then place 1 Tbsp of prepared stuffing on the center.

Cover from all the side, dust some flour and roll again to make a proper parantha.
Make sure the stuffing should not come out,these are not difficult to make but the old saying "Practice makes perfect" was probably written for them
Heat a pan and drizzle few drops of oil.
Place the stuffed paratha gently on the pan and roast it from both sides by greasing it with oil or ghee.
Serve hot with curd and pickle of your choice.
