SUPER EASY L&H WINGS
INGREDIENTS
Chicken wings - 1 pound
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Honey - 2 tablespoon
Olive oil - 2 Tablespoon
Salt and pepper
METHOD
Preheat oven to 395°F
Whisk oil, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl to blend.
Use sharp kitchen scissors to remove and discard the wing tips from each chicken wing. Cut the wing in half at the joint
Rub the mixture on the wings
Cook in preheated oven, turning occasionally and basting with pan juices, for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven.

You can replace the chicken wings with chicken drumsticks. Use a small sharp knife to cut 3 slashes in the thickest part of the drumsticks. Cook in preheated oven, turning occasionally and basting with pan juices, for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
